How to Buy Tickets

There a variety of ways in which you can purchase tickets to a Precedent Productions event:

    i. Credit Card
    ii. Cheque
    iii. Money Order
    iv. Electronic Funds Transfer
    1. Purchase tickets to any Precedent Productions event quickly and easily at www.thebusinessawards.com, and take advantage of the on-line tickets special purchase price.

    Note The on-line ticket special is available for businesses that purchase their tickets directly
    on www.thebusinessawards.com

    2. Fax your Booking Form (Credit Card payments only) to:
    02 9264 0814.

    3. Send your cheque or money order to:

How to Buy On-Line Tickets
    Step 1 - Login into www.thebusinessawards.com

    Step 2 – Select Awards Presentation (enter password)

    Step 3 – Select Buy Tickets on-line

    Step 4 – Select Your Category

      • e.g. Beauty Services

      • Select the category your business is a finalist in, click Submit.

    Step 5 – Select Your Business Name

      • When you find your business name, click Submit.

    Step 6 – Purchase Tickets

      • Check that all your details are correct, select the number of tickets you wish to purchase and choose your preferred delivery method.

      • Then continue to the Purchase Payment page.

    Step 7 - Complete Ticket Purchase

      • The Payment Form will display detailed information on your ticket purchase.

      • You will be asked to review and accept the Precedent Productions Online Terms of Sale before you proceed with the transaction. To complete your ticket purchase click on the 'Submit Payment' button.

      • Important Note: If your order is not completed in 10 minutes, the tickets will be released back for sale. If you leave the Payment Form during your transaction, your tickets will automatically be returned to general sale and you will lose your tickets offer.

    Step 8 - Ticket Confirmation
      • After successfully completing your purchase, you will be presented with a ticket confirmation page and an email will be sent to your registered email address confirming the details of your transaction. The email will contain:

        i. Tax invoice for your accounting records

        ii. Ticketing information that you will be required to take with you to the Presentation Evening

Ticket Delivery

Email
An email containing your booking details will automatically be sent to your awards-registered email address. This email will act as your ticket. Please print it out and present it at the presentation evening as proof of purchase.

Fax
If your business does not have an email address, a fax will be sent to your awards-registered fax number. This fax will act as your ticket. Please present this at the presentation evening as proof of purchase.

Regular Mail
If your business does not have an email address or a fax number, then your booking details will be mailed to your awards-registered business address. This letter detailing your booking will act as your ticket. Please present this at the presentation evening as proof of purchase.
For any ticketing sent through the post, Precedent Productions uses Australia Post regular mail service, and this may take up to 7-10 working days for delivery around Australia. Ticketing sent by regular mail can NOT be traced with Australia Post and no responsibility will be taken for tickets sent by this method.
